A local lawmaker is joining 10-year-old Sarah Murnaghan’s fight for new lungs. She’s spent months waiting at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors talked to the girl’s mother, who is calling for a change in the criteria, that she says is delaying her daughter’s chance to receive a transplant.
