Masked Man Kidnaps, Assaults Women in Delaware: Police

Police are searching for one man they say is responsible for two abductions from two different apartment complexes. Both victims were assaulted and forced to drive to an ATM where they withdrew money, police said. NBC10 Delaware Bureau Reporter Tim Furlong has the latest developments.
