Katrina's Remembered as Isaac Approaches

It is the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and as people remember the it’s devastating damage tropical storm Isaac is quickly approaching. NBC10’s Vince Lattanzio spoke to two local people who remember Katrina and hope Isaac doesn’t have the same result.
