Judge Denies Mistrial in Priest-Abuse Case

Day eight of deliberations in the priest sex abuse trial took place on Thursday. James Brennan’s lawyer argued for a mistrial over allowing the jury to hear testimony from Brennan’s accuser on Tuesday. The judge denied the request. NBC10’s Harry Hairston reports.
