Joyride Victim Died Holding Girlfriend's Hand

Jess Feldman survived horror, allegedly at the hands of a teenager who police say was on a deadly joyride. The man she hoped to marry, Daniel Fouracre, did not survive. Through his attorney, the teen, Winston Charleston, says he wishes every day he could change the outcome of his reckless behavior.
