Award-Winning Journalist Lives in Homeless Shelter

Local reporter Jose Espinosa was named the recipient of the 2011 International Street Paper Award, which he accomplished while living in a homeless shelter. Espinosa is a reporter for the Philadelphia street newspaper “One Step Away.”
