Investigation Focuses on IBEW Local 98 Business Manager

Although investigators were in City Hall on Friday raiding Councilman Bobby Henon’s office, Mayor Jim Kenney says he doesn’t have “any information” on what investigators are looking for. Henon once worked for the Union now led by John Dougherty. Dougherty’s home was raided on Friday, but it remains unclear how the raids are connected.
