I'm Not Malicious: Former Colwyn Cop

Trevor Parham, the police officer accused of tasering a 17-year-old when he was already handcuffed in a holding cell was found not guilty by a Delaware County judge this morning. Parham tells NBC10 that he’s not malicious and didn’t do anything maliciously.
