Flu Shot: Is It Worth It?

This year’s flu shot does little to protect the people who need it the most. That’s according to just released information from federal health officials. This season’s flu shot is only 9% effective for people ages 65 and over. The Center for Disease Control says for other age groups, the vaccine works a little more than half the time. NBC10’s Lori Wilson reports on whether doctors suggest the vaccine is still worth having.
