First African American Female Police Chief in Delaware County

History was made in Darby Township Wednesday night. Regina Price became the first African American woman to serve as a police chief in Delaware County and only the second in Pennsylvania. NBC10’s Keith Jones spoke to Chief Price during her swearing-in ceremony.
