Female tattoo artists “are really coming into their own skin,” as artist Ruby Gore said Friday on the opening day of the 21st annual Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention. NBC10 Photojournalist Jim Friedman takes you inside the hugely popular gathering of ink enthusiasts where women were taking hold of this year’s mood.
