Feds Issue Emergency Order for Amtrak Safety on Northeast Corridor

Thursday night, the federal government promised national changes in response to the deadly Amtrak derailment in Port Richmond. Regulators have issued an emergency order for the Northeast Corridor and they say the new safety rules could be expanded across the country. NBC10’s George Spencer reports from 30th Street Station.
