Family, Friends Gather for Fallen Philly Officer's Funeral

Family and friends will gather to pay their respects at a viewing and funeral for fallen Philadelphia police officer Rafael Ali Friday evening in the Ogontz section of the city. Ali died last month while off-duty when he crashed his car into a tree in Roxborough.
