Ban on Evictions in Philadelphia Extended Until Early November

Landlords, for now, can file to evict tenants who aren’t able to pay rent in Philadelphia. But they can’t officially kick people out of their homes until at least Nov. 9 due to a judge’s order for an extension. NBC10’s Mitch Blacher has the details.
