Emotional Plea from Hit and Run Victim's Girlfriend

The family of a Philadelphia man who was hit and killed on New Year’s Day is pleading for that driver to surrender to police. Police say Patrick Coyle was hit by a car as he crossed City Avenue early Tuesday morning. He was just feet from the Presidential City Apartments where he lived and worked as a maintenance man.
