8 Dogs Rescued in Latest Dogfighting Raid

The SPCA says Wednesday night’s raid is definitely related to the raids on Monday. So far, 19 people have been arrested in on charges related to dogfighting in the city. Philly animal welfare officers say it’s a major problem in the area.
