Dover Police Brace for Possible Protest Amid Brutality Investigation

Dover Police have released dashcam video showing a police officer kicking a men in the head during an arrest two years ago. Now Dover is alerting other law enforcement agencies about the potential for public outcry before of the video. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports.
