Mummers Performing in Manayunk Despite Funding Troubles

After some controversy during the New Year’s Day parade, the string bands were hard pressed to find a title sponsor to put on their annual Mardi Gras celebration down Manayunk’s Main Street, but the show will go on. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors reports.
