Delaware County Housing Development Approved

A controversial housing development received approval in Delaware County Wednesday night. The Concord Township Board of Supervisors voted three to one to approve the project which involves the construction of 160 homes on Beaver Valley Road. The group “Save the Valley” opposed the project.
