One Delaware boy will have a front row seat at the President’s State of the Union address. Braeden Mannering will be the First Lady’s guest. He visited the nation’s capital on a school trip. After that, he started the non-profit “Brae’s Brown Bags” which gives healthy meals to the poor and homeless.
