ACA in Delaware: Year 2 Brings More Plans, Higher Penalties

As enrollment in the Affordable Care Act opens again for its second year, Delaware residents will be able to get more plans to cover their health concerns. Those who opt out will also face stiffer penalties. NBC10 Delaware Bureau Reporter Tim Furlong explains the changes.
