Del. Detective Reopens Cold Case of Father Who Was Killed in Front of Roller Skating Rink

It’s been more than 15 years since Kenwania Brooks, a 29-year-old father of two, was shot and killed in front of a roller skating rink in Elsmere, Delaware. Now Elsmere’s lone detective is reopening the case and working to bring closure to Brooks’ family. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has the story.
