Dad Vail Regatta Is Back on the Schuylkill River and That's Good News for Philly

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney says the return of the Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta to the Schuylkill River with crowds on the banks is a good thing for the city and shows a step forward from more than two years of COVID. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports.
