Alleged Cop-Shooter Released from Prison Five Days Prior, DA Responds

After Philadelphia police officer James McCullough was allegedly shot on duty Sunday by a man who was released from custody just five days prior, many are asking why he was even out on the streets. NBC10’s Monique Braxton has more from the District Attorney.
