Community Speaks Out on Death of 8-Year-Old Fanta Bility in Sharon Hill

Earlier this week, the Delaware County district attorney said there is a “near certainty” that the bullets responsible for the death of 8-year-old Fanta Bility were fired from a police officer’s gun.
