City Council Set to Pass New Hate Crime Bill

In the wake of a vicious beating in September that left a gay couple hurt, Philadelphia City Council members met Thursday to vote on a bill that would extend hate crimes to include sexual orientation. NBC10’s Monique Braxton has the latest from City Hall.
