City Council Holds Hearing on Building Collapse

Attorney Robert Mongeluzzi told city council that he believes the city is inviting unsafe contractors to do business here during Thursday’s building collapse hearing . NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports that experts that testified wants the head of L&I to be an engineer or building inspector.
