Parents Starved and Beat Child to Death: Cops

Floyd and Tina Wimes are being charged with murder for their 6-year-old son Khalil Wimes. According to police the boy died from blunt force trauma and malnutrition. Khalil was placed in foster care two years ago, but later placed back in custody with his parents. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports the details on the case.
