Chesco Couple to be Arraigned for Dog Fighting Ring, Child Endangerment Charges

Shane Santiago and his wife Laura Acampora are scheduled to be arraigned in a Chester County courtroom Friday. Police say they ran a dog fighting ring in a home they shared with their children. They also say they have killed dogs by hanging, shooting, electrocuting and drowning them.
