Charges Dropped for Woman Hit by Officer

Disorderly conduct charges against Aida Guzman have been dropped. Guzman was knocked down by a police lieutenant during Puerto Rican Day Parade festivities last weekend. Guzman’s attorney told NBC10’s Deanna Durante that the charges being dropped is not enough.
