Charges Filed, Victims Stable After Road Rage Crash

Andrae Salmon and Isaiah Mack, the drivers in an alleged road rage crash, have been charged. Philadelphia Police say Salmon, in his Nissan, chased Mack after a minor fender bender at 54th Street and City Avenue. Salmon allegedly lost control about a mile away and slammed into the gold Honda Accord of an elderly couple.
