Murder Charge to Be Downgraded for Deadly Stabbing Suspect

The murder charge for the 21-year-old college student accused of stabbing a Philadelphia man to death will be downgraded from 1st degree to 3rd degree during a hearing Wednesday, according to law enforcement sources.
