Caught on Cam: Woman Fights Off Attacker in South Philadelphia: Police

A woman was caught on camera fighting off a man who was trying to sexually assault her in South Philadelphia, according to police. NBC10’s Brandon Hudson spoke with a witness who heard the woman screaming the night of the attack.
