Caseworker Charged in Beating Death of 3-Year-Old Girl

A second person is under arrest Tuesday for the death of 3-year-old Hope Jones. The toddler died in July in Southwest Philadelphia. Her foster mother was initially charged in her death, but now the caseworker who was responsible for keeping her safe is also facing murder charges. NBC10’s Danny Freeman explains.
