Regatta, Rally, Festivals Bring Excitement, Road Closures

Politics, rowing and streets festivals are taking over Philadelphia this weekend. The Stotesbury Cup Regatta, Joe Biden’s rally, the Italian Market Festival and Rittenhouse Row festival all take place this weekend leading to road closures and plenty of fun.
