Burglars posing as water company targeting the elderly in Northeast Philadelphia

Police say thieves are using a water company scam to steal from the elderly in Northeast Philadelphia. Investigators are looking for a white pickup truck they say was used in two separate incidents. Police say men wearing reflective vests posed as water company workers offering to lower your water bill to gain access to people homes.
