New Philly-based coffee shop highlights bubble tea with an Asian fusion menu

“The Ground Rittenhouse” is a new coffee shop in Philadelphia co-founded and operated by Michelle Miller. Her shop features boba, or bubble tea, and several different Asian fusion food items like the “croffle.” NBC10’s Frances Wang gives us a taste.
