Block of Ice Flies Off Top of U-Haul Truck and Hits Man's Windshield

A block of ice flew off the top of a U-Haul truck and damaged the windshield of a car driving behind it. The driver of the car spoke with NBC10’s Steven Fisher about the close call and urges other drivers to obey the law and clean the ice and snow off their vehicles.
