Locals Concerned About Dirt Bikes

Dirt bikes may be illegal on the streets of Philadelphia, but that doesn’t stop people from riding them, said police. Locals say, when the weather gets nice the dirt bikes and ATVs are a common siting. NBC10’s Katy Zachry talks to the mother of the child lost in Tuesday’s dirt bike tragedy.
