Athletes Prepare to Race at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta

The 49th annual Head of the Schuylkill Regatta takes place at Fairmount Park this weekend. Executive director of the race, Jennifer Wesson joined Philly Live to talk about how the athletes and city is preparing.
