Aspiring Comedian Killed While Recording Live Social Media Post

Family members are devastated by the shooting death of Dyewoo Scruggs, a 20-year-old with dreams of being a comedian. He was killed near a bus stop while recording a social media post. As NBC10’s Brandon Hudson reports, his death was one of far too many in Philadelphia in 2020.
