Arrest in Anti-Trump Vandalism

Police arrested 33-year-old Evan Brown over the weekend for spray painting anti-Trump graffiti on a Chestnut Hill store on November 25th. Investigators say Philadelphia City Attorney Duncan Lloyd was there at the time and took photos of the vandalism. He will not face charges.
