Afghan Family Who Escaped Taliban Takeover Arrives in Philadelphia

Since Afghanistan fell to the Taliban over the summer, more than 27,000 Afghan refugees have come through Philadelphia’s airports but the majority did not stay. Instead, families were sent to military bases across the country. Now Philadelphia is finally welcoming hundreds of evacuees in need of help. NBC10’s Danny Freeman introduces us to one of those families.
