‘Not a Typical Snow Event': PennDOT Concerned by Unusual Weather Event

Transportation officials in Pennsylvania say “they’re going to be ready,” but they are still concerned that the weekend storm will bring differing outcomes for different parts of the state. Meanwhile, reporter Matt DeLucia found that road crews are expecting long hours dealing with the snow and rain, then ultra-cold conditions Monday.
