A person was struck and killed by a vehicle in Northeast Philadelphia Tuesday night.
The 63-year-old victim was walking on State Road near Rhawn Street around 9:45 p.m. when he or she was struck by a vehicle. The victim was later pronounced dead.
Police said the striking vehicle remained at the scene.
