5 Pit Bulls Attack and Kill Dog Inside Port Richmond Home

Five pit bulls attacked and killed a 2-year-old boy inside a Port Richmond home. Cellphone video obtained by NBC10 shows the officers shooting at the dogs and medics attempting to rescue the child.
