44 Dogs Up For Adoption After Being Rescued From Delaware Home

Officials say 44 dogs were removed from a Delaware a home and will be ready for adoption Tuesday. The SPCA rescued them from a man in Kent County who felt overwhelemed, after the death of his wife. The Brandywine Valley SPCA will be holding the dogs at the New Castle location until they find a new home.
