4 Presumed Dead in Senior Living Facility Fire

Four people are presumed dead after a five-alarm fire ripped through a senior living facility in West Chester Thursday. Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan provided updates on the investigation of the cause of the fire and also showed surveillance video of firefighters rescuing residents.
