4 Hurt in School Bus Crash

One child and three others were injured in a school bus crash Wednesday morning. The child has been taken to CHOP.

Two people, including one child, were seriously hurt and two others were injured after a school bus and a car crashed in southwest Philadelphia Wednesday morning.

The gray sedan and an All-City Transportation school bus collided near Island Avenue and Lindbergh Boulevard around 8 a.m., according to reports.

Authorities transported the injured child, who was seriously hurt, to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Three others were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, according to officials.

It is unclear if those hurt in the crash were traveling in the sedan or the school bus.

About 30 minutes later, a second accident involving a school bus and four other vehicles occurred in Northeast Philly.
