3-Year-Old Girl Killed in Accident at Rita's Water Ice

A toddler was killed Saturday afternoon, when a rolldown security gate collapsed and fell on the child. It happened during a fundraiser at Rita’s Water Ice in Philadelphia’s Brewerytown neighborhood. NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez talked to witnesses and investigators at the scene.
